The list below gives the telephone numbers of the Area Co-ordinators who can help you by finding a counsellor
Normally, you should contact the AC for your area as they will know the counsellors near you best. However, you are free to approach any AC if you prefer not to contact the one shown for your area, or if the one for your area is temporarily unavailable. All ACs have the full list of counsellors, so should be able to put you in touch with one within a reasonable distance from where you live.

Normally ACs are available between 9 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday. If however they are unable to reply immediately, or if you call outside these hours, please leave a message and the AC will contact you as soon as possible. These phone numbers and email addresses are exclusively for CMCS, not for personal or family use, so no one else except the AC will hear or read any message you leave.
