To access the area of this website restricted to those on the CMCS Register of Counsellors: If you already have a username and password, click here - you will be asked to log in and will then be able to access information and documents to download. Alternatively, you may log in via the Login tab, or on the Documents page.
To join the CMCS Register: If you are a Counsellor accredited or registered by one of the recognised national bodies, and would like to have information about joining the CMCS Register of counsellors, please click here.
If you are a counsellor on the CMCS Register but haven't previously been given login details, you will need to request a username and password. Click here to go to the contact form and fill in the information requested. To ensure that confidential information is only available to those entitled to see it, your request will need to be approved manually, so there will be a delay, which may be shorter or longer depending on the Service Co-ordinator's availability. Once approved you will receive login details from the Service Co-ordinator including an initial password; you will also receive a welcome email generated by the website which offers the chance to choose your own password if you wish. You can then log in and access the Counsellors' area of the website.
If the delay in confirming your username and password is longer than four working days and you wish to enquire, please email the Service Co-ordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Forgotten username: If you already have a username and need reminding of it, the Service Co-ordinator can send you a reminder.
However, if you remember your username but have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgotten Password" during the login process, and you should receive an automated email explaining how to reset. If (rarely) this does not arrive within an hour of your request, then please contact the Service Co-ordinator at email@example.com with details of the steps you have already followed - your site user details within the website may need to be amended to enable this part of the process.
